By accessing and using the website onefend.io ("the Site"), you accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you disagree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to the public website; use of the Onefend SaaS platform is governed by a separate agreement.

• Not attempt to bypass, compromise, or overload the Site's security systems
• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through forms
• Not submit automated or mass requests through contact forms
• Not use the Site for illegal purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights

Onefend implements rate limiting (1 request per minute per IP address) and Google reCAPTCHA v3 to prevent form abuse.

By submitting a Demo or Pricing form, you agree that:

• The information provided will be used by Onefend to respond to your inquiry
• You may be contacted by email or other means you have provided
• Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy

By subscribing to our newsletter:

• You grant explicit consent to receive commercial and product communications from Onefend
• You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email
• Your email will be stored with our email provider in accordance with our Privacy Policy

All content on the Site — including text, designs, logos, source code, graphics, and images — is the property of Onefend or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use without express written authorization from Onefend is prohibited.

Onefend reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of its content at any time without notice. We are not responsible for temporary service interruptions.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
